what would u use?

i have to mount some 45"x58" coroplast signs to the inside of windows and want to make a track to slide them in and out but keeps them tight to the window .Would u use small angle iron as a track drilled into the frame or have u used something better,wants to be able to change them easily

If you want to save some weight, I would suggest using 2 pieces of cooro with one piece glued over the other to form the track.

why does the coro need to tight against the window? the heat from the window will cause the coro to expand.....
can you use grommets in the top and bottom of the coro, use small hooks in the frame
and small bungee types from the coro to the hooks
