I usually stop on red.
it'd be helpful to have printer/head info to help you out. It looks like you have cross-contamination in your heads. This can be caused by the drain tube or pump being clogged and allowing one color to flow back up into the other head's line while it sits son the capping station. (assuming this is supposed to be CMYK)

one of your black heads is starved for ink or clogged to hell.
looks like you got a mutoh. go into the cleaning menu and give it a "little charge"
I found with mutohs, depending on your black ink limit, if you give them a slight pause in the interval time it helps with ink starving quite a bit.
half a second will do it. however on banner material I really never need to adjust for that.

Try to follow along here sport. The thing was working and now it's not. Unless the printer demons diddled the settings of which you speak without proper authority then why would you do such a silly thing?

For starters, looks like this banner material is beige? Without a true (or near true) white point, you will have 'off' colors.

It all depends on what printer you are running. solvent - flush the heads. UV flatbed - could be an air bubble in your line. purge the lines. Canon AQ IPF9400 - put a new print head in.

I agree with most of the posts, looks like you have a clog. We have a Roland that does this - first time around we had dried ink in the line that needed to be pulled out. Second round, an ink cartridge didn't communicate with the printer and went bone dry without pausing the print. See if you can run a print test - usually will tell you which channel or print head is having an issue.
