This is the font used on the Ky. State Police logo.

No match John. Look like it might be a heavily modified version of Friz Quadrata Bold or something similar in the spur serif class of font.

If you've got A&S Edoras Regular, It might be quicker to start with and do a little node editing and create the E needed from an L. Just a thought.

I was just thinking that, the T's from Edoras are very similar but that E...well diff. Marquee is somewhat like that too.
