I headed to Silver Lake Sand Dunes with the family last Saturday, and I'll be up here till next Saturday. We always take this week for our family vacation since I can remember. It's good to get out of the shop for a week and have things settle down. I've had to do some coordinating to my subs while I've been up here, but havin the laptop lets me do easy work while I'm out.

Sounds like from what I'm hearing from my customers that I've talked to, they're all pretty much closed up on Friday as well, so I wasn't real worried only being out three of the work days for the town.

Depending on how much I can get done, I may get Sunday off.

We left early yesterday, take today off, back at work on Fri/Sat and probably some on Sunday. We have about 5 weeks of work piled up.

Working 4th- 7th cause I be going to the ...20th anniversary Walldog meet ....next week wooooo hooooooo & help paint on 15 murals with at least 200 plus other Walldogs in Kewnee Ill. if in the area ya gotta stop by & enjoy the festival

Sigh... after a few beers last night and watching the fireworks from the deck of my boat, I'm sadly replying to this email from the design computer at the shop. However, we're closed today, so the music is up and the phone can be ignored. Plus, the girlfriend is out of town, so hell yes, making all the money I can.
