When I out to print or cut the print preview says its to large

i have a print job that is about 11.7" tall but it still tries to break up when I print.

I even tried a small square and it seems to enlarge everything...

please help

I don't often use layers, so I may be way off base - maybe one of your other layers is larger than the 'chrome' layer that you show as selected?

as far as I know Gerber adds on for material usage for lead ins of foil

I know it sounds basic but check your scale in the plot window. It may have been saved by accident

nope, what the OP is missing is is the top one in composer is showing the size or the graphic. one the plot page is is showing the material used. it adds in material lead ins so it always is a little more material used than the size of the graphic
