The nozzle check looks like it's missing some colors. Other than profile/color issues, looks like you might have an ink flow issue.

Looks like gray good

Never gonna get a good grey with C0/M0/Y0/KX. And when you do that, the other heads will drop out from not pushing ink. If you insist on using black only, run a color bar to keep your other colors from drying up.

The grey is printed with all the 4 colors even if you set K only in your design. Check carefully all the ink lines for missing colors.
