When sending cut file, flexi just cutting some seemingly random numbers

Why can't I get my Graphtec to work with the Flexi-sign Pro 10 production manager? I've been using a work around for quite a while now but figured I'd see if there is an easy answer to my problem. What happens is when I send a cut file to my graphtec fc7000-100, The Production Manager looks like it is doing everything properly but all i get is a bunch of small numbers being cut.

Anybody ever encounter this?

You have your plotter set to HP-GL language, correct?

Yes that is exactly what happens when your sending the wrong data language format to the plotter. Had this when we first installed new flexi. Reset plotter to defaults and then set language to hpgl.
