where besides digiprint is there to get printheads and other consumables

ive ordered printhead from digiprint before but this time i ordered four and not very happy with what i got. where else is there to order consumables?

Umm, how many hours are the heads rated for? The heads for the k5 are rated for 20,000 hours.

I wouldn't buy anything from digital again. They don't stand behind anything they sell.
I still have a open claim with then for over a year and they won't respond.
