Vecteezy's flourishes section has a few that may work for you ... most are quite a bit more ornate, but you could throw them in illustrator and strip them down a bit pretty easily if needed.

Why not just trace it in Corel or Illy? In 5 minutes you can have your clipart design and modify it to your needs.
