The image is large and clean. You can vectorize it in Flexi. Bitmap > Vectorize > Bezier and ta-tah!

you can vecotrize it in Corel also.

In fact, it took me all of 5 minutes to vectorize it. Had to tweak it a little to smooth everything out, but yeah, 5-10 minutes top.
