Where do I find this frame

A local university wants signs remade and they don't know where they got the frames before. Here is a description: 3'tall x 9'wide A frames that are made out of what looks like gym mats. They spread apart like an A frame or tent then have a triangle with velcro that goes in the ends to support the sign. Finished they have banners velcroed to them.

If someone knows who has these I would appreciate it.
