Question where do I get a hyde ribbon burner for butane/propane

I want a ribbon burner and a cross - fire plus a hand held burner
but I need it to run from a butane cylinder.
I gather they are available for natural gas/air mix

is there a difference
if so what

There is a difference.On the ribbon It's the size of the holes where the flame comes out.There are 2 different brass inserts.One for natural one for artificial

now need to know which is which
do you still need to pre-mix air with a cylinder/butane ?
is it something to do with mains gas pressure, ? with a cylinder you can adjust the pressure with a regulator?
