I have found the first ones in bulk but they damage the riders. I think they are called caddy clips.
Some of our customers request these from mcmaster carr.
you can also get them at home depot.

It is just a conduit clip screwed to the top of the post and/or we slot the post with a skill saw.

They come unpainted, maybe zinc coated. For the sign industry they are painted or powder coated.
