I need to clean my encoder strip because my cutting is off. Is it the white strip or the dark gray one?? Thsi is all new to me and i need to get this cleaned to perform cutting. I can't imagine it's thr white one cause i would have to take the machine aprt to clean it. I can easily access the dark gray clear one. Is that right?

where is encoder strip on the versacamm???

it's usually transparent grey and it will slid thru a slot on the back of the print head carriage. Make sure you swipe it toward the end with the spring clip. (usually swipe away from the capping station end.) Not sure if it is the same on all machines.
