Where to buy brake for channel letters? (In Canada)

We are looking for a brake to do channel letters and there is one that would work great (No. 99 letter forming brake) but as with anything good it isnt available here in Canada. Does anyone know where we can try to find one, I have searched google, called all our suppliers and am out of options now. All the ones I can find are in the states and will not ship here.

Worst case scenario you can get it shipped to a ups store in Niagara Falls USA, and drive over the border and pick it up, but you shouldn't have to, we've bought quite a bit of equipment from the USA, never had an issue with them not shipping to Canada. They may sound reluctant until they have the credit card number in hand.
