We're talking like super sparkles, seizure inducing stuff that cheerleaders and dance teams dream about. Got some from Sign Warehouse but it was falling apart with glitter everywhere...I'm thinking fellers?

also look into laminates that have the glitter effects built in. you can laminate on to any printed or pigmented vinyls for special effect items.

I've only used it once or twice, but it sounds like ultra-metallic vinyl is what you're looking for.
We got it from Fellers, but that was years ago. I don't even remember which brand we used.
