Where to buy: wearable sandwich board hardware (straps)

Hello.
I am asked to make an estimate for 3 wearable sandwich boards 24″x36″ made of pvc.
The printing part is easy, but I do not know where to order the straps.

How do you make them?

Get some wider luggage straps and attach heavy duty velcro to them and your substrate(coro??)..

We just use nylon hem banner webbing material and hot glue it to the back of the boards.
