where to find feedback for the "vinyl express cutter"?

I am signage man with some experience in the field.

I was absent of the graphics area, and now I am coming back

I am re-learning some stuff again, and when shopping for a vinyl cutter, I saw
one in ebay posted by sigwarehouse , the cutter name is
"vinyl express cutter"

I posted here because I did find anywhere else, can somebody
shed some light regarding this plotter?

The R series are redsail rebadged - stay away from if possible. the Q and QE are rebranded graphtecs and are good cutters
