Grimco will do custom route jobs. However depending on size and how frequently and quantity you need. It might be better to find a metal shop and have a die made.

you can get a foot shear for about $1500, worth the investment.

You can also find lite hand gauge shears that award/engravers use, may work for you.

Find yourself a local metal supplier and they should be able to chop up whatever pieces you need.

Contact New Style Signs in Toronto for all type of custom signs. I used them for all the sign board needs and they always do a good job. I’ve always felt that they are good at making custom sign boards.
