looking for a screen print ink that will adhere to PVC traffic cones. I've tried painting with standard spray can
paint thru a vinyl stencil but the paint doesn't dry.
any help would be appreciated.

call nazdar and ask. They also have an ink adhesion chart for download. Most likely need a catalyst if they do not offer a specific product.

Are you sure they're PVC? A lot I've seen look like polypropylene? Maybe coroplast inks?

I checked with Nazdar and they recommended Nazdar S2 Series System‐2 Gloss Vinyl Screen Ink. I'll give this a try.

I believe that reduces with xylene use a lot of ventilation and a respirator for solvents . sticks good to any plastics

I use PolyPlast for cones.
Need to wipe the print area with Iso first tho, to get rid of any plastisizers.
