Which Material for Light Box Faces?

I am doing faces for a 4x4 double sided light box (replacement faces). What is the correct type of material I should use? I'm looking through a ton of different types, but don't know which to use - http://www.harborsales.net/products.cfm?cat=Plastic Sheets

I know I want the color white, but ... ?

Sign Grade Acrylic or polycarbonate, generally white 3/16" thick.

The main thing to keep in mind is that the faces need to be far enough from the lights so that you can't see the outline of the lights. Pan faces are made so that the frame does not have to be as thick as you would need for a flat face. 3" is pretty much the minimum distance.
