Which Vinyl for Tire Cover

I have a lady that wants her husbands tire cover to look like a golf ball. I am assuming (though I have asked and waiting on response) that it will be a vinyl tire cover. Which vinyl would you recommend? Simply Oracal cast? Or is there something better for this application?

I would problye use the highest quility you can find, i would use 8mil personally.
