I save a file in CS4 with a transparent background, but when opened in Flexi it has a white BG.

How can I make it to where it has a transparent BG in Flexi??

    Thanks in advance

Flexi does not support transparent TIFF files. Once you import your bitmap into the software you will need to use the "Make Transparent" option under the Bitmap menu to achieve the transparency you desire.

Why would you want to take something out of Illustrator and put it into Flexi? If you are outputting to a device, can't you just use Production Manager, and bypass Flexi's pixelizing enhancement, and downsampling technology?

Save it as a psd file and it will be transparent in flexi.
