Need Help White band on all prints from flexi

I bought Mimaki JV3-130-sp2 printing from flexi 10 I get banding. The higher resolution thin white stripe. No to sure where to start. Im printing on banner material.
I saw printed they printed from Wasatch that looked good. Anyone have any suggestions

The age old Flexi demo mode. You need to go into the install manager and input the password that came with the software.

Never used flexi, but if I saw that on my cjv/rasterlink I would mess with the feed compensation while printing

Upgraded the license the Flexi only had cutting license. works perfect
