White dots on matte vinyl

Hi i have some Problems while printing dark color on ritrammas matte vinyl. Printer leaves white dots something like sand. Printer is Hp latex 360 adding a picture

Plasticizer migration. Obviously you can't trust to use ritrammas vinyl.

How long have you had this roll?

Wipe it down with alcohol or if it is a new roll make them replace it.

I have this vinyl from half to a full year. Is this a bad ? dry and warm place.

Its bad. We had same issue with GF High Tac in some instances where the roll sat at the warehouse forever and gets to us and same issue. UV prints fine but Latex goes to hell.

If UV or Solvent inks work and Latex does not, maybe the Latex printer is too hot and causing the problem. Plasticizer migration effects all coatings. Heat can cause plasticizers to migrate and it's more common with banner media than PSV. Most vinyl that is store appropriately should last 2 years.
