hi, are you using the newer firmware and inputting the damper replacement in service mode when you put in a new damper?

Once we updated our firmware this problem decreased to almost a non issue

There is one other setting you can adjust too. Email me at hybriddesignhi@gmail.com i can send you the tech doc. Who did you buy yours from?

I Bought this from Garmin Print - NY.. I notice he replaced the damper in service mode, but I don't know about the updated firmware.. Now we are using the V.5.0.0.
They were here yesterday, replaced the dampers (again).
I asked again about what's going on, since every 2-3 months, this issue starts again.. but I don't think he knows neither..
He just cleaned up the cap station and replaced the dampers. again..
I think it's just a symptom of another thing.

Man who touches printers inappropriately.
When I was in training, the damper fill procedure was a convoluted process, and they mentioned that if air got into the circulation loop that it could cause the head to bleed like that. Definitely check with your tech on firmware, maybe it made the process easier/more effective. Circulation dampers are as good as it gets without subtanks, but they are still a workaround in my opinion.
