Hello friends
Please have a question about white ink
One minute After printing white ink
his intensity disappears and begins to perceive
What kind of regulation I have to make on the printer
and automatically fill the head with white ink
and increase the cycle of print
The printer is Chinese
Two Epson DX7 printheads are installed
I attach a picture of my Configuration Set
Please if anyone is familiar with these settings help me
My supplier has not responded for three weeks
I have no other alternative
Thanks in advance
Best Regards
Kosyo

I highlighted your issue. You need to buy a machine that works properly and is serviceable.

Agitating white ink is a daily requirement or it will settle in the bag and lines.
Some printers can auto agitate the lines, but the bag is usually always manual.

Not sure I understand your English but sounds like you might need to increase the white passes if your white ink is fading. My printer has 4 white ink lines/nozzles on a DX5 printhead (CMYKWWWW) but I still need to do 2-4 layers to get a good white color.

Thank you
I understood you
But I do not know how to automatically run the white ink twice
before CMYK printing begins
Good luck

Thanks
Every day before I release the printer
I mix white ink for 3-4 minutes
use an electric mixer
Can the problem be in a small amount
of pre-treatment

I select multiple white passes in my software settings. Look at your software you might find something. At the very least you should be able to print at a higher dpi. Look out for options such as number of passes, double print, or ink layers. If nothing, then you can just try to print only white first, reload material and print white and cmyk over but this method will require amazing registration on your end.

Thanks for the complete answer
I give the printer 12 passes
The problem is that the first 5 centimeters of the image
are printed with very nice white.
the next head of the print head
the white ink begins to fade and perceive
So the white becomes gray.
I think the printer should have a feature for
forced filling of the print head during printing
For example, I want to set an ink-filled action on the print head in 3 minutes
Thus, the printer stops alone, it goes to the station filled with the filling function and continues where it stopped.
I ask myself a question
Why CMYK prints without filling
and the white ink does not.
Not the print heads are the same
If I turned them, they should work the same way
The intensity of whites decreases progressively during printing
This is a problem I do not know how to solve it
That's why I ask and seek help from people with more experience
Thanks in advance
Good luck

Thanks for the answer
I noticed there was a problem with the whiteness of some nozzles
What the FLASH function should mean in the printer menu
An elementary and safe way to clean the nozzles
Good luck
