White Streaks randomly appear in Print

We are having an issue (mainly in our greys) where randomly in the middle of printing a soft white streak starts appearing.

Steps we have taken to fix this issue to no avail:
- Cleaned the Encoder feed and strip
- Changed media and profiles
- Replaced all of the captops
- Test prints always come out great. No missing nozzles.
- Ran tests & Set our calibrations correctly.
- Have tried multiple greys and they all come out the same.

We are using a Roland TruVis VG-540 with Versaworks 6.

Does anyone have any further suggestions? We have tried every type of different way and are coming up at a loss.

I don't have a lot of experience with that model but if the line is horizontal, it could be the encoder disc near the print feed motor. If that's dirty or damaged it will give you light lines like that.

Edit: Looks like you already cleaned the disc. Look for damage as well.
