White waves on 3M vinyle printed on Mimaki jv150-160

Hello I have a problem with my Mimaki jv150-160, when I print a background with a unique color (no images) it shows a white big lines with fade (waves) it happens only when I print I'm using caldera I tried many configuration but I can't find solution note that when I print a typical image with many things on it the result is perfect.
Please help.

Wow. Bizarre. I would say it is a feed comp issue, feeding too much material at each pass, giving you white lines. But that would show up in the regular prints, which you say are perfect. Pretty bad picture. Could you take more pics so we can see the problem better?
