Who can bend plastics

I am sure this is a no brainer for you seasoned veterans but I have a client that needs some promo pieces bent. Can anyone guide me on the proper type of plastics company that can bend plastics? I have some 040 styrene that I need to bend to make a tent. Any direction would be appreciated.

We used to bend out own with a homemade rig. But we found a small plastics fabricator through the local plastics distributor and now sub to him

Looks like I found a local plastics fabricator to bend the plastic pieces. It is 10,000 pieces so I don't think I want to take that on in-house. I do want to thank all the who responded, very comforting to know this forum is out there.
