Who can make these for me? About 2-4,000 sets needed

Just had a lady stop by and asked about me making some of these things

Here is the info I have on them.

Black lettering printed on .020 Matte Clear Rigid sheet
and die cut around the edges

Going to be needing about

2000 sets with 12'' circle and 8.5'' sq

and 2000 set with 7inch circle and 5" sq


Who do you think could do this?
