What exactly do you need done and do you have a copy of Photopaint or Photoshop

I basically need a stencil made from a photo of a normal person not a celebrity...and yes I have photoshop. Problem is I need it in vector format.

So you are going to make a stencil and paint it, the reason I ask is sometimes people just want the effect.

You can take the picture in Photoshop, turn it into gray scale, play with the "contrast/brightness" then go to "curves" where you can get some more definition then maybe play with the cut out filter.

Then take it into Corel or Illustrator and vectorize, there you will need to make sure you do not have holes in the design where you can not do a single shot, you can have holes, or if you are using vinyl then you don't have to worry about that...you have to plan out your sprays with multiple color stencils.

Desaturate in photoshop then bump the contrast to max. save and import into illustrator or coreldraw and trace.

For cleaner lines, you can manually trace from the original image. You'll need to make the judgement calls on what stays and whats go in this case though.
