Who handles the Kmart accounts?

Any idea which national sign company handles the accounts for Kmart? My local one is broken and needs to be replaced (broken as in face busted out, barely light, peeled vinyl, etc).

They would if they knew the sign had a million problems. I talked to the manager whom I've done work for before and she said to submit a quote and she will get it to the right people.
