wholesale banners

Does anyone know of any wholesalers that actually finish banners with sewn hems?

we have 130 small banners to do that we could print in house, but we do not sew the hems and don't like how the double sided tape always wrinkles so these would be best sewn for longevity of this application, so thought maybe some wholesaler does this possibly?

Georgia Printco uses RF welding on their banners which I prefer. It looks cleaner and doesn't pucker like sewing does.

Merritt Graphics sews their banners.

I just unwrapped 32 banners from Ga. Printco that are sewn - guess they job it out or hire a temp to sew.

If you';re looking just to have someone sew them, proveer and fellers both do it. Proveer is half the price of fellers.

I use azprosigns.com.
Chris (cdiesel) is a merchant member here and their work is always top-notch and FAST.

That's right up our alley too, PM me the specs and I'll get you pricing asap!

Mike at Insignia has done a killer job for me, three times now, with another on the way... Fast, high quality, and very profitable for me, with no effort... last job was 40 banners... still priced for a good profit, even after shipping over the ocean!

the local awning company sounds like a good thing, but you have to "trust" them....

very small town here, like 4600 people, 9800 in the whole county, and or course we are the largest town in the county, largest town within 50 miles at that too, nearest awning place is 50 miles away, and not alot of trust...:noway:

soooo, it is sometimes best to broaden out our reach where they might not reach back:covereyes:if you know what i mean

i am contacting several merchants here :thumb: along with some outside sources i have been seeing

I stand corrected. I just talked to my sales rep about another project and asked him....yes, they offer sewing as well. Learn something new every day.
My bad.

I have the upholsterer at the end of the building sew for us. Maybe you can find one close to you and print the job yourself?
