I had joined Distributor Central a long time ago but forgot all about it. I had to request my username and password but I got it right away. They have several options there.
Also, I just received a 2013 JDS catalog and hadn't even thought of checking there.
Distributor Central has better pricing for what I needed in this case, but it's good to know that JDS has them also.

You can try Mike at RPL supplies in New Jersey. He used to carry them I know, I had purchased a bunch from him when we did sublimation printing.
