Who is the 4over, inc. of the tshirt business?

I am located in the midwest and am looking for a proven printer to handle my tshirt printing.

4 Over as in, cheapest prices, and no guaranteed quality? Or 4 Over as in, a lot of people use them?

I'd recommend Dennis @ D&T Graphics.

Call Mark Coudray at Coudray Serigraphics. He is located in San Luis Obispo, CA and does tons of contract printing. You can supply your own stock or buy it from him.

Check into Zorrel......They print (and embroider) in house and ship from Kansas City area....They also do a bunch of specialty printing methods.....
