why does Duracoat foil smear on static cling?

Is there a heat setting or something else that I can use to make it print properly?

It's just a combination that doesn't work well. I've had similar things happen with some Oracal vinyls. I never found a change in the heat setting that would fix the problem, so the solution was to either change the brand of foil or the brand of static cling. My choice was to use the Avery static cling which runs trouble free in my Edge and keep using my Duracoat foils.

I even had a gerber foil smear a bit (lime green)...maybe my heat settings were to low when it started to print
