I think I gave you the answer to this a few days ago. You must set your browser to allow cookie exchanges. If it is set to do so and you are still having the problem, then list signs101.com as a trusted site or as an exempt site from whatever security your browser has in place.

I stay logged into the site from my Win7 workstation using Chrome browser and a Macbook using Firefox 3.x without issue.
