I don't know how many of you even know of this. But, the Wii has two great fitness programs. Active 2 and NFL Training Camp. These are both a in home personal fitness instructor/workout and its really is great. I have had it now for the past couple weeks. I've shed a few pounds and feeling great. The thing is that I would like to see if more people out there are using it and maybe help each other out with some positive reinforcement from others that are in the sign business. Just a thought if you are interested let me know.
