I'd say that's not a font.

The a's, i's, and n's have different forms. This is a "one off".

Always compare like characters... Look at the a's, i's and n's. This is by hand.

You both could very well be correct, but there are more & more typefaces coming out now with numerous alternates for each character.

Just the way all the letters are joined is another tip-off that it's almost certainly a "one off".

Another one for hand done, but well executed I might add. Stroke weight and up-strokes are dead on.

It's pretty similar to Inspiration. You could easily get there using it as a starting point.
