ok. I'm at my wits end with window perf these days. I have been running clear focus econovue through my machine. It's tempermental. I can run 400 inches with no problem and then load up another run and there's a big runner down the middle. My shop windows are all window perf and they look great. I printed them back in January/February and all was fine. I have run a whole roll of window per after that for odd jobs. Now, I've got a new job 36 feet and the first 2 feet out of the run and there's a huge runner down the middle. I have upped the vacuum almost to 100. I have cleaned out the vacuum holes. and I have decreased the heaters to about 190. still have this issue. i connected it to my takeup reel and still have the issue. can anyone tell me what else I can try?:banghead:

Make sure that you are printing on fresh part and not something that's already been in the curing behind the last job. If 2ft in the start is bad it can get normal after that.

It was completely fresh new print. I put in the roll and it was printing fine until about 2 feet. it's always dead middle in the same spot. should i try a different profile? different substrate?
