Windows 10 display

Gents and ladies, I have a Surface Pro 2 using Windows 10. Somehow I wound up with a dark background and light text. I'd like to invert those colors. Can someone tell me how?

press the windows key and search "high contrast" then it'll take you to a screen where you can turn high contrast on and off.

That's probably the issue.

Could also be Dark mode... Settings -> Personalization -> Colors, then change from Dark to Light.
