Wit Color Ultra 2000

Hello everyone... I´ve just bought an used Wit Color Ultra 2000
and started to have some trouble trying to print images when the prt file exceeds 4 GB...
Does anybody can give me a hand??? I am really in trouble...

Sounds like an issue with the processing power of your computer. Specs on computer? What RIP software are you using?

Sai PhotoPrint v. 6.0

Not the fastest, but definitely should handle it....RAM is too low really....What problem specifically do you have?

also could have a bad stick of ram? might be 2g...

Good morning...
Everytime I´ve tried to print files that exceeds 4GB... the result it´s a weird printing... even change the colours...
It´s hard to explain... mostly when my english is quite limited...

The picture talks by itself... the bottom image is how is supposed to be printed... the upper is the failed printing...
This particular image is 1.10 mts height and 9.00 mts length... ripped under PhotoPrint @ 720 x 720 dpi....
