Hi Guys
Very soory to waste anyones time looking at my last post, here is a pic of what my roller clamp is doing. Any suggestions on a fix untill monday when I can chat to my suppliers. Thanks

Looks like the rubber/silicon, is seperating from the bearing support.

If you can get to the screws that hold the roller assembly, I would take another roller assembly from the farthest left side of the machine, and replace the damaged one. At least for the short term that would keep you printing. Then just order several replacement rollrs and keep them available in case of an emergency.

Thanks for the help, I pulled the roller pin out and noticed it was coned shape, I was going to replace with one off my roland plotter but I think I will just wait to order more.
