won't cut

Whe I send a file to cut/plot this message appears:

Connection to Production Manager timeout.

I can't cut. Any ideas?

Do you have a firewall? if so try disabling it.

Try the firewall like poster above said and also make sure you are the administrator on the computer.

Try closing Flexi... Make sure production manager is closed as well.
Restart Flexi.
No go = Reboot computer.

Its also a good idea to clear preferences from Flexi...

if you go into your firewall settings make sure you have the (flexi)desgin software and production manager checked
