Wood letters-stock

Anyone know a source for dimensional wood letters 4" & 6" , similar to Gemini style but in wood? (Remember Spanjer?)

Well, I have seen them in a craft store, but if you need something other than off the shelf, you really need someone with a router...

Now the warning... The problem with wood shapes is they never seem to keep primer and paint on the edge, so they tend to flake, at least in my experience.
