Have you checked 3M, Avery, or Oracal? They usually post them.

We are hosting an Avery color change class end of this month here on Long Island. I think that's going to be the closest to Mass as you're gonna get for a credible course. We get people from all over the country. We'll also have the Avery certification test if you're interested in that. Look up the class at CL Visual on the Avery website.
