wrapping helmets

Asked to wrap different types of sports helmets...ex. catchers helmets, hockey helmets, batting helmets. Any tips would be appreciated. What type of vinyl, laminate, designs etc.

use 3M cast with cast laminate, same as a vehicle wrap. you'll get good conformity. Don't attempt to do the entire thing in one piece. you should be able to cover the entire sides and back with one piece, just use a separate graphic that ties in over the top of the design and trim accurately to avoid the look of multiple layers.
Check out 360 Wraps. Tom's been doing it for awhile and should be coming out with a training video. he covers it briefly at his training sessions
