We've been back up for a couple weeks...but first time Im getting to post again here it seems. Still a ghost in one machine...but have it figured out for now and running everything we get in. It was tough there for a while and just had to keep plugging away to get the printers fixed. My insurance company was of assistance as well....even though were were flooded, they helped cover damages to some infrastructure like computer losses and such. Want to send special thanks to balstestrat for all of the assistance with the 1500s. Hope everyone else who has been affected by whatever crazy weather and emergencies is doing alright as well.
