"(x OVER current:AVE.) Press<ENT>" mesg.

My mimaki has stopped twice during a print this morning and I get this message "(x OVER current:AVE.) Press<ENT>". Does anyone have any idea what this means? I consulted the manual and it suggested unplugging and trying again and then calling the tech. I have sent the tech an email so now I am asking fellow Signs 101 readers to help me.

Thank you

ive gotten this when i turn off the pickup roll and at the end of a print the printer back feeds and theres not enough slack. maybe you have too much tension on the pickup roll?
